El 3 de marzo se estrena el documental La voz a ti debida (filme que mencionamos aquí en noviembre) en el Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona. Sigue la información relacionada en inglés:
"Since the first scientific exhumations in 2000, in the village of Priaranza de Bierzo, in the Province of León, a succession of discoveries of mass graves created under Francoism have come to Spanish and international notice. Since then, movements for the recovery of historical memory have prompted the creation of institutions, the interest of the United Nations, a “Law of Historical Memory” passed by Spanish Parliament and the historic judicial order of 16 October 2008 in the Spanish High Court.
This film offers an overview of a decade of events and debates, at the same time exploring their origins and consequences. It is also to some extent an attempt to examine and understand a still recent past, perhaps because testimonies like those by Carmen Arrojo, Lluís Martí Bielsa, Trinidad Gallego and Marcos Ana, told in a very matter-of-fact way, convey the conflicts and the struggle of a whole generation of citizens who were silenced by an official history to build social relations that are more just and equitable."
